In English, Y6H have been creating their own recipes based on their class book ‘The Explorer’. Before writing the instructions for their Amazonian appetisers, they tried the ingredients available to the characters in the book - cocoa nibs and ‘grubs’…there were mixed reviews!

Y6H began their new science topic by using sweets to represent the components needed to make a complete circuit. They are now applying this knowledge to make their own moving fairground rides 🎡 It is fantastic to see their designs coming to life so far!

Year 2 experienced what it was like when the Great Fire broke out in 1666. We had a go at candle making, quill writing, making bread, making leather book marks and many more. We had a great day! #History
